All work undertaken by Platinum Surveyors Kenya and / or its surveyors is in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions of the Company, a copy of which is available with the General Manager and is obtainable on request.

Any email/s sent and report/s issued by our staff are on a strictly without prejudice basis to the interests of any or all parties concerned and in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions of Business of the Company. Further, any report issued is subject to the condition that it is understood and agreed that neither the Company, nor any of its surveyors, is under any circumstances whatsoever, to be held responsible for any inaccuracy in this report or certificate, or for any error of judgement, default or negligence.
